Want to coach?
HYBL runs on the energy of more than 65 volunteer coaches, and we're always looking for more. To improve our player-to-coach ratio and give our kids more access to quality instruction, we also offer paid coaching positions.
Paid coaches start at $40 per hour, with higher rates based on coaching experience. You don't need to live in Hingham or have any connection to the town to apply. Parents of current players are welcome too; the only requirement is that paid coaches work with a team their own son is not on.
